“ No one beats him at his game For very long but just the same…”

It ain’t my business how do you spend your money.. it’s not my right to tell you what to think about any current political situation race color or creed.  but it is my right to not support your endeavors. your words and actions have consequences. You label things cancel culture because you want to have your cake and eat it too. this is consequence culture. The free market at work.  if you care and are curious my decision in wake of allegations of animal cruelty and forcing his workers to return during a lockdown. Continued opinions presented as facts. “the Wendy Theory”

“ The Wendy theory” is the grossest thing that has slithered out of the Internet a long time.  “ there are no ghosts. Wendy is hurting her son. “ I always thought that the “ Daniel was the villain” was is a bit creepy, but this is Fanfiction blaming the victim disguised as film theory.  “Jack’s a good guy Wendy is crazy”  It’s become A very popular topic … ya know just like all the videos about women ruining Star Wars and marvel being too woke.  The whole theory is mostly based on continuity issues that “Kubrick wouldn’t make” you’ve probably never actually seen one of his movies if you think that. The worst part is even if the theory wasn’t gross it’s secondary evidence predicated on stuff we don’t see.  I could write about this for five hours but man is it gross. let’s not forget about the fact that the source material is decidedly a ghost story. Let me just lay this out there Johnny was being a dick ( he was a shitty boyfriend and a better boy came along and she picked a better bo

“Of the powers, the only vote that matters Silence means security, silence means approval” - Michael stipe In the last week few days I’ve been told, that by pointing out awful racist things that awful racist people are saying I’m just “feeding the Trolls” “ shining light on them just gives them power” First of all a problem never goes away by ignoring it. The theory of not confronting them is right in the fact that you’re bringing a BB gun to a battleship fight. No matter how eloquent you are, no matter how correct or well stated you’re not gonna change one of these monsters minds let alone a whole global herd of them. But I think they’re missing the point. The couple (see eight) people I’ve encountered This weekend.  It’s not about fighting them it’s about taking up for the people that are being discriminated against. It’s easy for me as a White 40 something-year-old person to think not defending hatred in fandom Isn’t important.. because it’s not aimed at me.  Buuuut.. …

Don’t be afraid to be better.. but don’t think it won’t be scary!

THIS is why "being woke" scares the poo out of so many...  #andthen - @tuckermans  to expand upon this a bit. And take it in some other directions (that’s Mars Jargin for I am about to ramble uncontrollably)  their fear comes as much or more from not just wanting to change their ways or rhetoric it comes from not wanting to shoulder the guilt of a lifetime of being brutally insensitive and supporting the culture that facilitated it.  so this Picture my brother from another mother tucker posted is correct but the sad truth is there is a Darkside to enlightenment. Exercising your empathy Carries the heavy bird in of guilt your sleep walking had shielded you from. But it’s totally worth it.  not trying to be a drag but shedding the giant weigh of hundreds of years of societal and institutionalized insensitiveness And unintentional hurt is going to leave you sore at first. The rock is heavy and carries slogans like “ it’s just a joke” “ stereotypes exist for a reason” and my favo

In the world so open as a gender why are we not evolving? Every one except Mat I mean!

“ To all men applicable: Trust me -- she’s not seeing your shitty posts about what you think of her body.  Your friends whose bodies look like hers, however, DO see them. And chances are, you’re not making them feel ashamed -- you’re making them realize what kind of a person you really are.”. - MattR.OTyme
